The quota for Sri Lanka is higher than the quota for Ireland. There is no quota for Ireland anymore. You no longer even need a visa to travel from Ireland to the USA, thanks to the Clinton administration.
The real reason not too many Europeans come to this country is that birthrates in Western Europe have fallen below replacement level. Italy now has the lowest birthrate in the world, a key reason why much of the southern part of the country is depopulated.
BTW: Here in NYC, we still get alot of Russians, Poles and Albanians.

It is one of the mainstays of Islamists to take over a country. High immigration. Refusal to assimilate into the mainstream host country. Then seek to convert, starting in the prisons. Look at Britian. They are openly claiming that Britian will be Islamic in the next decade or so.

It's obvious what's happening here, but people(liberals) are in denial and looking for another cheap vote. They are attempting to take over the U.S. and the rest of the world. They use U.S. idiocy with people resenting this country being allowed to become citizens. It was funny. I saw these two Middle-Eastern men speaking Arabic(you wonder what they're saying) in Wal-Mart and people are just oblivious and not wanting to think about it. But I know the one was wearing an Iranian flag on his shirt. I knew the flag, but I'm sure they thought no one would recognize it. I do wonder why he was wearing that? It wouldn't be far-fetched to realize this is another who is in this country and despises it and works for its downfall. It is sickening to see the resentment "Americans" have for this country. But I believe it's a way in which they seek citizenship in increasing their numbers and gaining access to our power. We are in denial, but we are turning third-world everyday. The future is going to be very bleak, if we have one.

May or may not be true, but begs the question of the government hand-outs entirely.
