Homegrown prostitutes want them deported
Paris -- Sonia, 40, has been a prostitute on St.-Denis street for the better part of two decades, and she's seen a lot of changes. But what worries her these days is the increasing number of new faces on the block -- Middle Easterners, Africans and especially East Europeans, all coming here for a piece of the action.
"They have no idea what they're doing," Sonia said angrily. "They take anybody, anywhere. I mean, it's dirty and it's not safe working that way. Most of the murders committed are among them. And apart from that, we pay taxes for the job we do, and they don't. All their money is for the pimp."
Alice, a 52-year-old prostitute nearby, agreed. "These women don't respect the prices," she said. "They are taking clients for much less money. This is more than unfair competition!"

Indeed. The whores in France are even uglier than the politicians.

Indeed. The whores in France are even uglier than the politicians. I am allergic to France in general (each time I go there I get sick or injured). I am sure photos would have brought that all back.

"They have no idea what they're doing," Actually, since they are taking the business, they must know "what they are doing".
If company A has been providing a service for a certain price, and company B provides the same service for a lower price, company B will take sales from company A.
If company A wants to keep it's part of the market share, they must either match prices or add services not provided by company B.
I did not expect the Free Enterprise system to be understood in Socialist France.

Hmm, so, those fools that use hookers can get a better deal on a newer model than the 52 year old model? Duh....

No, NO, NO... We must ration to control this. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday you must use a local... Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday use a foriegn service (must show green card and tax number). Remember to get a reciept.
Sunday is just a bonus, I assume going to church gets in there way.

I'm boycotting all things French.
I've given up French Toast, French Fries and French Kissing.

"Most of the murders committed are among them," said Sonya... Surely this must be a mis-statement, there are no murders in France....

"They take anybody, anywhere. I mean, it's dirty and it's not safe working that way..." LOL! Standards of Conduct being abridged in the profession of prostitution!! What is the world coming to??!!

I'd tend to steer clear of France myself. My French Huguenot ancestors were chased out some centuries' back, so I don't have a warm and fuzzy feelin' for them.

That should be their symbol instead of Marianne.
