Saddam is prepared to use weapons of mass destruction ? chemical, biological and nuclear ? against U.S. and coalition military forces in the event of an attack on Iraq and an incursion into Baghdad, the capital.

I remember people claiming that Bush Sr. sent a message to Saddam in the first goround that if bioweapons were used that he'd use nukes...I'd actually prefer tactical nukes on weapons facilities just to send a message...Hey...we were worried about releasing hemorrhagic fever so we glassified the place with a clean nuke...so sue us! Its always easier to apologize after an act than to get permission to do it...
