went through major floods where I live in 1974 killed about 40 ,most of which I was a witness to,soldiers in an army truck saw it come out with bodies and limbs over the side,some idiot had been water skiing and cut the power lines,there were some amazing acts of charity like people putting up strangers and acts of evil,theft, extortion for boat rides to loved ones...brings out the best and worst such events.

The good guys are in eastern Europe. They know about socialism. Amazing Old Town Prague is hit. It is a long way down from Charles Bridge to the Vltava.
