Google! But then, I'm very self-service. Other outlets are rumored to be on Usenet and IRC, but I haven't found the need to venture there.

Most of my questions have been addressed in the HOWTO documentation. I usually just Google ie: linux deskjet howto to get thousands of links to the Linux Printing HOWTO.

You can always try The Linux Documentation Project.
