Really? I seem to remember that Bill Clinton wouldn't miss a chance to blame everything on his predecessor and dwell on the past. Everything that came out of his mouth for eight years is the "failures" of the Reagan-Bush years. Give me a break. It's obvious that Clinton successfully worked the system to his advantage and that neither party wants to go backwards to call him on it.
