Sadly, that will probably be true in a couple of years. But I think that Heston is smart enough to be able to take care of these matters long before the state steps in. I'm sure that he will put his valuables in the trust of loved ones.
You have put your finger on EXACTLY what angers me about this. These vultures are acting as if Charlton is not smart enough or responsible enough to take care of his own business....or that is family is so senseless as to put a gun in his hand during the final stages. :-(
