IF guys were smart...they would have a some kind of contract written up before they screw anyone if they care about what happens to their seed (even in the marriage if they don't agree ahead of time). IF they don't care...then they may not like the consequences. ON the other hand...if they married with the agreement to have kids and she gets rid of it...then she should be liable. ALways get it in writing. The worlds changed.

Such a contract would be unenforceable. In particular, court's have specifically thrown out contracts that purport to waive the requirement that the man pay child support.

ALways get it in writing. I will guarantee you that if a man went to court with a legal contract that said his wife would never abort to try to claim damages, the court would rule that the contract was unfair.
I don't know that there is a solution to a wife who kills the children (born or unborn), but your other point is right-on. If she isn't wearing your wedding ring, keep it zipped.
