I know you asked several times about my new job.
My typical day consists of talking to around 100 people a day
about their internet access accounts.
Average talk time is 4-5 minutes each.
Some are just simple billing questions or updating info.
Some are difficult people not understanding what they are charged for.
Some are people who just don't understand what you are trying to explain.
These is a 6 second pause between each call.
Bottom line it's non stop calls coming in while you enter the data in the computer.
All in all it's handling problems non stop.
The company overall is pretty nice and lots of nice people.
It's paying the bills and I still have my one day a week at the Coast Guard station.
