It wouldn't surprise me. We were all impressed with a smart bomb going down a residential chimney 12 years ago...

It may be possible. Unlikely though. Any piece of electronic equipment puts out an electronic signature. All you'd have to do is lock onto it with some sort of guidance system. Afte all a heat seeking missile locks onto the radiation on the Infra-red spectrum why not find a way to lock onto frequencies in other spectrums.
