Brilliant article and I've been saying much contained in it for many, many months here on FR (in the face of much resistance.)
As I've said, people are more terrified of randomness than they are of ANYTHING else. And there's probably no subject that people are more clueless about than probabilty and statistics.
A fact that both the gambling industry and state lottery boards are very happy to prove every day. *g*
