Then the lawsuit was started against Eschoir (with whose arm-twisting?) and Clarity and his friend Gordon from Winston and Strawn, a Washington D.C. lawfirm recommendend by Clarity, started suing Eschoir. What started out as supposed to be a relatively minor fee escalated into around $110,000, with no fees attached to Eschoir, the whole suit was ridiculous.
Exit Clairty. Now Clarity is an anti-freeper and JR is making $3000 a month payments on the lawsuit, to get rid of one notorius website troublemaker who had harrassed CaL, and embarrassed Clarity with the exposure of the so-called "Buckley Bomb", among other things.
