I have a dream... that someday in America we will have politicians who are REALLY working for the people and not lining their own pocket. Sighhhhhhhhhh, dream on Dixie! Samuel Langhorn Clemens, who died in 1876, wrote "It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctively native American criminal class except Congress."
And you know, things haven't changed that much since Mark Twain's day. So it may be a while.

Samuel Langhorn Clemens, who died in 1876 1910,
wrote "It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctively native American criminal class except Congress." Mark Twain knew what he was talking about and lived a full life (1835-1910).

I can dream, can't I? Can't things change for the better? Can't we make it happen? We have a legacy - the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, Freedom, we have to stop the erosion. Where do we start - with ourselves? Our children, our community, our politicians?
When will we stop allowing the politicians to ... oh, phooey... nevermind.
