I don't believe USconservative is an AFer of any kind. I've stood out on a street corner with him to FReep Clinton in Chicago and had a few beers with him, and he is okay.

That's because I'm not "one of them" and Tlbshow is just a big mouthed idiot who relishes his "reputation" at DU.

By the same token, TLB is also okay. He is one of our spot (as opposed to serial) show hosts on RadioFR and he has always handled that responsibility with seriousness and hard work. He does get a dander up rather quickly when he thinks FR is being attacked, and sometimes shoots too quickly or widely, but his heart is in the right place.
