I'm afraid her 17 prior felony convictions do not reflect well on the FR Networks association with her.

Just to clarify, there IS no Network association with her. The Free Republic Network did not even exist at the time the Seabrook event took place.

The corporate entity did not exist. The plans were being laid and work may have been in process for the original Free Republic Network (which was later abandoned), but the current Free Republic Network did not exist during this period. There was no state charter, no official company, no officers, no Board of Directors, no checking account, nothing. All of that came later.

We started plans for incorporating the Free Republic Institute, the Free Republic Network and the Free Republic Forum a couple years ago. We hired one attorney and then another and the work was in process for the various filings. The only corporate filing that actually got completed during the period was for the Institute. After the second lawyer failed to complete the task and after a whole lot of other events took place, the plans for all three entities were abandoned. Bob picked it up later and recruited a whole new crew and they rebuilt all the plans for the current Free Republic Network from scratch.

I am not sure why you pinged me to this, as I have absolutely no interest in this, at all. I am not on the FRN, and there are some involved with it I like and others I wouldn't give the time of day.

I do think that the preoccupation that the DC Chapter seems to have with the FRN is perculiar. And I think that JoeEveryman and perhaps even you would probably be more convincing in saying that y'all aren't AFers if you didn't make posts that are indiscernable from those I would expect to see from Mojo and crew.

I hope Commonsense gets what is coming to her, in a nice long jail term. And I hope anyone else who was involved in trying to line their own pockets by essentially stealing from the efforts of conservative activists get their commupance as well.

But when it comes to trying to engage in some sort of bit of "office politics" where personalities involved are trying to get back at others, I have no interest.

I usally agree with you BUT there is no way that rated that high. On a scale of 1 to 100 (100 being best) I think a minus 42 would be more appropriate. Sorry to disagree with a fellow FReeper. Zip

Why are you belaboring this issue. It has been proven untrue in the past and I am sure will be addressed again (maybe FReepmail to keep from embarrassing you) but it will be resolved and I HOPE YOU ARE MAN ENOUGH TO APOLOGIZE TO JIMROB when it is.
