Illegals, their children, and the taxpayers who can no longer afford to pay for their care, food, medical and housing! You see it is simple math. The tax base is just that, based on numbers. Undocumented, paid under the table illegals do not keep up this tax base, or any other services!!! Much of that is due to California's well-deserved reputation as a welfare Mecca. Many of the problems with illegal immigration start with how State governments view the issue. When a state takes a tough welfare stance on everyone it also cuts down on those that cross the border for the freebies. It is not a comprehensive solution but it is one that each state has in its power to implement.
