The dead and other nonexsitant voters, have been " voting ", for centuries. Immigrants, from anywhere and everywhere, legal and illegal ( yes, there have been illegals before ! ) have ALWAYS been used to in vote fraud; so have the insane . At least children are no longer used . LOL
