The first thing that has to be done is to stop the incentives for the illegals, welfare, free medical care, free education, etc. The next thing would be for W to tell el Presidente Fox that if he didn't do something to stop the flow of drugs, and illegals we would pull out of NAFTA in 6 months, and there would be no trade with Mexico, the border crossings would all be locked down. If that were done Fox would be tripping over himself to try to correct the problem, instead of his current policy of encouraging it.
But we all know that isn't going to happen unless the voters wake up and fire all the panderers of the illegals.
