I've seen this guy on TV and he's seriously nuts.

He seems to be doing everything in his power to provoke his neighbors, so he can act on his stated intention to shoot any of them who confront him.

He's a weirdo, though I must admit his statue is pretty funny.

No wonder the 911 lines are tied up and response times delayed, people like this guy's neighbor are abusing it. I wonder if anyone died while the dispatcher was taking the butt-statue report.
