So Rubin, McAwful, and other 'Rats lie, cheat, and steal to falsify financials, all the while making wild accusations about how Republicans are in the 'pockets of big business' and guilty of charges 'just like' Worldcom, Enron, and other well-known cases of executive fraud.

Despite these claims, the Republicans are found clean, but the 'Rats still gain because the of all the media coverage of the Republicans. In the end, the 'Rats have the public convinced that 'everybody does it' - and they walk away free and clear. Typical Clinton propaganda techniques.
