Since there aren't any photos today, I thought we could try something new. Instead of posting your favorite photos, let's have a friendly debate (and I mean friendly, damn it!)
Tonight's topic: Media stories about Iraq: Pentagon plants or True stories. Discuss.
RULES: 1. Be respectful of others' opinions.
2. If you use sources, please cite them.
3. No flaming!
4. See rule 1.

You're welcome Dr Deb.
BE STILL MY HEART! My husband just got in and told me we've been invited to a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting for a new bookstore in Crawford Sunday. Typical man forgot to bring the invite home, but he thinks the guest of honor is Liz Carpenter who will be signing her new book on Texas women and Laura has been invited!!!!!!! I AM JUMPING UP AND DOWN! Pray this is true and he hasn't gotten his info all wrong. I will have to shoot him if he's gotten me all excited for nothing.

Yes, indeed it does. You can take any old CD, like an AOL freebie you get in the mail, dangle it from a string, and the moving reflection scares the deer, and they stay away from your garden.
My good friends in Maine where I stayed the day after I went to KENNEBUNKPORT, have lots of deer around, and say it works like a charm!

HA! Hillary at the ranch...only if Spot can chase her, assisted by a couple of longhorns!
Ah, a nice image...Hillary in Old Crusty, running through the brush, sweating and gasping for air, scratched and dusty, while the dogs howl and the sound of thundering hoofs comes ever closer.....
To: looney tune
Looney Tune I doubt even second war with Iraq could bring CNN out of its ratings Titanic here
Personally I be surfing the net checking out Middle Eastern wires and Fox News
I be checking out Jerserlum Post and Hareetz wire BIG TIME I know the wacky Israelis would have cool stories on their site

AMEN, I can't imagine the pride both 41 and Babs must feel when they look at the family they have. The Bush family has it's faults, just like any other family, but I would say when Barbara sits down for Thanksgiving dinner she has a whole lot to be proud of when she looks at who's sitting at the table :-)

I agree with you.
It's also a reminder that the US might be very vulnerable at the same time and we better have our eyes and ears open.

Are we a bit sensitive, girls? hehe
To: DrDeb
Thank you for confirming it. My husband sometimes misses the details, lol. I will definitely go on the hope and prayer W and Laura will come see Liz and I will take my camera.
