I see 3 reasons:

1. Judge's conflict of interest
2. Change of venue to prosecutios advaantage
3. Morford per Detrore is guilty of misconduct...threating him with the IRS.

I really don't mind the jokes about Traficant's hair and clothes.

But what I don't like is the lack of evidence against him.
