I was in Lancaster that morning those kids were taken -- Edwards actually. And I met a member of the Sheriff's dept. in a hot tub a few weeks earlier in Lanc. He was telling me how the crime was going up out in the Antelope Valley, and such . . . I'm sure glad they snuffed that #/?@((%)) before he could do his dirty work, and I'm happy that people like the Sheriff are on the job in the Antelope Valley. I heard him on the tv while I was on my way home to WA, and he was a real straight shooter.

You're not kidding. If you haven't listened to his archived interview yet, you should. He's one of the best guests I've had. They don't kid around in Kern County. (LOL!)
