I agree with you completely. Rush needs to put his bitterness behind his behind and find something else to do besides carp about the ableness of Colin Powell's point of view on military strategy and generalship .

Anyone who thinks Rush is more knowledgable than Powell on the subject desperately needs surgery to have their hand removed from that bottle of Jim Beam it's welded to.

Anyone (e.g. Rush Limbaugh) who claims the baby boom generation didn't sacrifice, didn't experience firsthand the perils of war, and didn't serve their country honorably doing so probably knows that they themselves were, on the other hand, scared bleepless, did everything they could to evade the draft, and the shame of it all is eating them up to this day.
