Congratulations! The 'firebrand' conservative won! And Dr. Horsley, a black Republican woman in a diehard Dem district didn't do so badly herself. The RINO Warren Barry has been replaced by a true conservative. Sen. Barry did a few good things like the Moment of Silence and the Pledge, but he was awful on tax and spending issues.
