Jeremiah is clear, that an Iraqi king must rule over Israel for several more years (3.5 years). If Bush won a war against Iraq, then Iraq would become friendly toward Israel and the prophecy of Jeremiah would never occur.

Deductive logic, folks. America cannot win.

Indeed, a war between the two will remove America as a dominant force in the region, leaving the European Union and its anti-christ to rule the peace process. Many eschatology scholars note that in the last days, America is not mentioned at all as a player, lending to the belief that her dominance will come to an end (soon now).

* A power vacuum forms in the peace process

Saddam Hussein does not currently "rule over Israel." The Israelis can crush the Iraqi army any time they need to. So I just disproved your entire prediction. The US armed forces will roll over the Iraqi army in less than 30 days with little serious opposition. I'll check back with you after the war.

Verify there are WMD at certain locations and use small tactical warheads, probably in the .5 to 10 kt range.

I don't believe that the National Command Authorities have the will for such an action and I know that the US population doesn't have the stomache for it....
