In a true constitutional republic, W would have been reigned in long ago. Charging him with treason would not be beyond the realm of possibility. An accessory after the fact in aiding Clinton's flight from justice would be a good first charge.

NO PRESIDENT, PAST OR PRESENT, HAS THE POWER / AUTHORITY / PRESCIENDT TO GO AFTER HIS PREDESSOR; ESPECIALLY IF SAID PREDESSESSOR HAS ALREADY BEEN IMPEACHED, B UT NOT THROWN OUT OF OFFICE ! Nowhere, is what you want him to do, part of the job description. It would also serve NO valid purpose; however, it WOULD eviscerate President Bush's ability to do anything else. Just what we neeed ... RIGHT ?

Learn what is possible , what is workable, and detach your emotions. prior to attempting to rationally and factually ( something you have NOT done ) debate any / all issues.
