He has asked that local law enforcement agencies help in arresting illegal aliens. They told him to piss up a rope. He is bringing the INS enforcement body under the Homeland Security Department; he has been accused of creating a police state. He has asked that congress review Posse Comitatus Act to determine if troops can be used to patrol the borders, he has been accused of plotting a dictatorship. Should I go on?

During BOTH terms of Ike's presidency, there were, indeed, illegal migrants here, who picked produce in the summer, and hid , in the winter. Neither he, nor his administration avidily went after them.
