I was waiting for a summary article like this one. This better be on everyone's mind come 2004. Bush is a liberal RINO and should be given the boot. I just can't believe he fooled so many people to get electified.

I think it is an exaggeration to say that Bush is more liberal than Clinton. Certainly Bush has had more success instituting leftist, collectivist programs, but Im sure Clinton would have liked to pass alot more, but he was stopped, because 'republicans' oppose democrat socialist programs. 'Republicans' only support socialist programs put forward by one of their own.
In reality, Republicans and Democrats are two sides of the same coin on the national level. As George Wallace said years ago, 'Theres not a dimes worth of difference between republicans and democrats.' Most republicans are RINO and most democrats are right with them. When was the last President we had that wasnt on the CFR?
Its easy to control the two parties at a national level with big money donations to support the propoganda machines of the two parties. In reality, it matters little if the democrat or republican candidate wins the race. The primary systems assure that two socialists go into the main election, and the apparent desire for the States to appeal to the masses in a false election makes the outcome self evident. We need some State legislatures to take charge and appoint electors to the electoral college with no pretense of an election of the masses, the way our system was desinged.

"HOW CONSERVATIVE IS PRESIDENT BUSH?"About as conservative as he can be, given the parasite / taxpayer ratio in this country.
Fact is, the Scumocrats have had decades to breed dependence, laziness, and entitlement into a huge portion of America's population. They have it easy:
"Here ya go - - lots of free stuff! And don't worry about paying for it - - we'll confiscate the money.... from your neighbors."
Take a look at the kind of people who have been elected to Congress and try to tell me that the same mindless, soundbite-susceptible chattering idiots who regularly elect these scumbags want to hear that they are better off if government stops giving them free stuff. Especially when you have so many rat-faced liberal jellyfish manning the network newsrooms constantly telling the parasites that they deserve free stuff.
The situation is hopeless, my friend.
Regards,
LH
This article and the subsequent links provided, are nothing but more pointless attacks against a conservative Republican President, by that group of fringe extremists on FreeRepublic, who call themselves libertarians.
The Cato Institute has done some excellent analysis on government excesses, economic matters and fiscal responsibility. They should stick to what they do best. Politics isn't a strong suit of libertarians.

I heard he vetoed his hole in one today.
He doesn't want to seem too competitive!
Let's roll?
To: Uncle Bill
I think a lot of this had to do with Jumpin Jim. If you judge him by what passed the house he would be conservative. But he still could have vetoed something.
To: Uncle Bill
I was about to add the social services for immigrants that he added...but I see there is a link. Also he gave the UN the lion's share of the back dues. Clinton only gave 1/3. I dispised Clinton for it...now here comes the man I voted for and gives them the whole pie!
