I doubt that,although most of the oil we do refine comes from the ME,being here in Texas,there is plenty of oil to refine.No,I think if we go to war we are gonna need all the jetfuel we can get.Fitting isn't it,that we use ME oil to fuel our planes and tanks against them.
Well, if you wanted to hold down expenditures until the next fiscal year, knowing that you weren't going to have oil to refine, wouldn't you do this as a prudent business decision?
On the other hand, it could be simple incompetence by the higher ups. Who knows?
