These newer emigrants join others of longer standing, including Robert Miller, the co-owner of Duty Free Shoppers International Ltd. Miller has a British passport obtained in Hong Kong, though he was raised in Quincy, Mass.

Why post a 1994 article? (Miller and his partner sold DFS years ago.) Has the situation changed in the past 8 years?

It has changed in that more and more folks are leaving the U.S. with their money. Law firms outside the U.S. are making good money helping people from the U.S. and elsewhere in hiding their assets.

Here’s another observation: The Clintons and their subhuman friends (and how about our congresscrooks?) launder their stolen money and hide it from the crooked IRS through offshore accounts. These sub animals are crooks and murderers.

The honest folks are just trying to keep for what they worked so hard -- to keep their money (most of it) and not allow the Feds to rob them.
