but I also know that you have to have better order fulfillment than that if you are going to keep customers. So, Monday, I'll raise a little cain.

It could also be a problem with amazon.com... None of the other books I ordered last weekend have shipped either, after they claimed they could ship within 24 hours.... It's not the first time I've had trouble with amazon.com taking their time with stuff.

I will still work through LightningSource (the distributor) to try and bring some pressure to bear on Monday ... or at least someindication to them there are issues.
