Liberals consistently hide themselves as "real" conservatives or libertarians on FR to provide themselves cover, sometimes their bogus criticisms are then defended by eager anti-gov Freepers who are trying to make valid criticisms of the president.
It's too bad, but it is sometimes hard to identify these people until things have advanced to the hurt feelings level.

The pure trolls will hide themselves on any side- including, of course, 'pro-Bush'- to cause trouble... any trouble. They get found out pretty quickly though.
Ahhhh, Truer words cannot be spoken. I have seen with my own eyes people whom post here and then over on DU. A few of them are hardcore DU'ers but you would not know it by reading there comments over here, but every so often they will show there true stripes, like by writing something like "Well I am NOT voting for xxxxx xxxx because he/she is anti-xxxxx"
It makes no since to agree with someones position on 80 - 90 percent of the issues and not for him/her because they disagree about one issue. Especially if there follow up comment is something like
"Well I am gonna vote for xxxx xxxxxxx"
Whom everybody knows is so far left that he/she is in left field without a glove. This same person will assure you/us that "of course" they don't agree on all there positions but they are not anti-xxxxxxx so that is enought for them.
This is how the pro-drug people act. They will espouse to be true "conservatives" and agree with everything the conservative canidate says except about some dumb-ass drug policy and for this very reason they will vote for some
"has-been" like Harry Browne and try to convince everybody else to vote for him also ...thereby splitting the conservatives vote and getting there "Real" canidate elected...Agent provocateur indeed !!
