No, it's clear that it was the flesh that was not his own. If it were the stomach that was not his own the sentence would read: " (subject) found flesh in Singleton's stomach, which was not his own."

My question is: What medical exam finds it IN HIS STOMACH? I would think it would materialize 'in his system'. Did they do a surgery to open the stomach and find it, or did they wait for the natural process of elimination to find it?
