Those charges were filed in connection with sexual assaults on the six boys on several occasions in 1998 and 2001.

McFarlane, who was fired from his second-grade teaching job, had been disciplined after two boys at PS 78 accused him of sexual misconduct in 1998. But the office of then-Special Schools Investigator Ed Stancik and the local school superintendent allowed him to stay in the classroom.

Those administrators are as bad as the Catholic Bishops, allowing an accused child molester stay in contact with children. Like the bishops, they should be held accountable to the law.

These perps seem to be increasing in number by the day. We need to see that they decrease in number when they are caught with no doubt of their guilt. Capital punishment should include them where the following circumstances take place...

(a) A child under the age of 12 is kidnapped and raped (engaged in adult/child intercourse) regardless whether a murder took place. Under the age of 12, NOBODY has an excuse for sex with such a child, even if the child mistakenly consents! A death sentence for kidnap and rape of 12 to 17 year olds is in order if it was NOT statuatory (like with the two victims yesterday).

(b) Anyone who is knowingly carrying the aids virus and engages in unconsensual sex or sex where the partner is unaware of such hiv status REGARDLESS OF THE AGE of the victim.

Execute them and do it expeditiously.

Slight counterpoint:

I know some commie-lib is going to try to toss a monkey wrench into my argument dealing with "What if the perp says the 12 to 17 year old consented & they deny it?".

Sure, that might throw a monkey wrench in, but only where the perp is acquainted with the victim & the victim's family (ie: Adult boyfriend with minor girlfriend). This should automatically be treated as a statuatory rape case in the interest of fairness, much like a plaintiff being automatically registered as pleading "not guilty" when they refuse to make a plea either way.

In the case of Mr. Ratliff, if you have a sexual assault record and you kidnap and rape complete stranger 12 to 17 year olds, I guess it just sucks to be you.

Just as homosexual Catholic priests are more likely to be pedophiles, homosexuals in the general population are equally as likely. The trend is especially high when homosexuals are in positions of authority over children, Scout Leaders, teachers and coaches. Because homosexuality is a choice of behavior the need to justify it is overwhelming, living a life of filth and degradation lowers ones inhibitions and causes one to make further repugnant choices in their life. This is easily seen in other paraphilic disorders.
