The arrangement ANY family makes to have one parent at home with the kids is private, family business. More men would be hommakers with less harping by traditionalists. But the idea is correct, to solve the "divorce proplem", don't beat up on people with lousy marriages, do something to make marriage more appealing. Like making Dad more than just the name on the paycheck.
