Fully functional, used daily, paved, and in good repair including the one in front of my house. They have issued the mandate that no boat trailers can be left on the street for longer than 24 hours under threat of tow. Contra Costa county ordinance is 3 days.

If the roads were owned by the County, then its illegal. Plain and simple. The county can not sell public roadways. I'd contact the State Auditor General's office or the State's Attorney's office.

But, I must assume I have all the information here.

Far as I've been told ... since the gate went up ... only residents and their guests came now come in. It has not bothered me to this point so in all fairness I have NOT validated what I have heard
