You think Judge Francis Young is a pothead?
Not your statement but you tried to use it to make a point.
Like I said before how many people do you know who even eat one raw potato. Not many, your argument is called a non-sequiter, red herring, etc. etc.
Judge Young may not be a pot head, but he is a dimwit, IMHO, by using a non-sequiter as an arguement.
