Boy, I hope so, Guiliani would be perfect! He'd whip those agencies into line in no time flat and would have the full backing of the American people while he did it. The senate wouldn't DARE not confirm him either.

Oh yes they would - they are drunk with power and they are not about to give it up and go quietly. The only way they will tow the line is to WHIP THEM IN 2002 and send Daschle back to where he belongs - the minority spot - AT LEAST UNTIL HE CAN BE UNSEATED IN 2004!!
