Do you believe that states can violate the 2nd amendment, and prohibit the possession of arms?

Then what you are saying is that you believe that rights are nothing more than social conventions that can be abolished at will by the state. Fortunately they are not social conventions and the state has no legitimate right to restrict firearm ownership to anyone who isn't in jail/prison. A law-abiding citizen has every right to use whatever force is necessary to protect their rights. You are proof that most "states rights" supporters are in reality nothing more than authoritarian scum. There are virtually no powers that a state can legitimately exercise that the federal government cannot legitimately exercise. If you will not hold all governments to the same ethical standard on rights you shouldn't hold any of them to any standard at all. Be honest, you despise the idea of inalienable rights. You think they're dangerous.

-- yes. - texasforever -

Thus, you admit -- you are no conservative, no believer in a free republic. And you do not support our constitution.
- What is your agenda here?
