The deal is that the MeCha folks want to negotiate "limited sovereignty" for Aztlan (Southwest USA) and make it sound oh so reasonable. It won't surprise me if they even try to get UN backing for this. And if the USA is ever so STUPID as to grant something called "limited sovereignty" to AZTLAN (SW USA), they will go for FULL sovereignty while making it again sound like the reasonable course with the usual propaganda about self-determination. This is no big secret. You can read it in their material.
