The problem with polls like this is that I can't stand her but I want her to run (because I know she would be a disaster for the Democrats). Similarly, I wish that polls concerning presidential approval ratings could be divided by *why* the person is disapproving. Quite a few conservatives may disapprove of things Bush is doing but none would vote for Gore, for example.

Yes, then y'all can share my pain if she wins! /sarcasm

Now, HOW could those mean-spirited New Yorkers not feel kindly toward their beloved junior Senator??
To: BobFromNJ
A part of me says she would be defeated but there are enough sheeple in this country who would vote for her!!
If she were elected, I think she'd have a hard time filling positions. I wonder what office she'd appoint her husband to?

As ol' Frank sang, "If you can make it here you can make it anywhere...NY, NY". If Hillary can't make it in NY she can't make it anywhere. This poll has been a God send to me. You've absolutely made my day!
Has anyone considered that her evil henchwomen prompted the poll to see how much money she needs to raise, and carpets she needs to shag, to buy herself the WH?

Don't be silly, Bob. She doesn't need
actual votes! All she needs is a voting machine and some interns!
The "smartest woman in the world" isn't going to let the (yuck) people decide the fate of her kingdom. Puh-leez!

Based on the wording of this question, it MIGHT be possible that the reason they people don't want her to run is because they don't want to lose her as a Senator. I know, I know.....gag and barf. But it IS a possiblity.

As was apparent from the 2000 elections, the urban Democrat political machines control the outcome of elections. They will not let victory slip from their grasp next time.
I suspect (but of course cannot prove) that Hillary Clinton was elected due to massive vote fraud in NYC. Everyone I know in NYC told me that there was NO WAY she could be elected. Surprise, surprise.
In sum, I think internet polls are no match for the fact that ballots are counted by government union employees and blue-haired volunteers who depend on Social Security.

Yes, she should run - AWAY! Preferably off the end of a short pier...
