It's not quite, in those very words; but, yes, I can document that the ANC has been a willing accomplice to baby / tiny children rapes. The have said that " the white man's medicine won't cure / help HIV/AIDS ( that that medicine will kill those infected! )" and have given the nod to witch doctor cures. Guess what is the " magical " cure for HIV/AIDS ? Sex with a virgin !
