Here is a picture that our fellow Freeper, Wanderin, took from his driveway yesterday of the Florence Fire. Wanderin lives in Grants Pass which is east of these fires.

My girlfriend works in Cave Junction, and she said the ashes were literally falling as thick as snow. She's staying home in Grants Pass for the nonce.

In Medford, we're being hit by the fire near Shady Cove, the air smells, looks and feels like a fireplace with a stuffed chimney...it's absolutely horrible.
