Could the feds be so monumentally stupid and incompetent as to miss the significance of all this evidence? Or, alternatively, and worse yet, could the feds once again intentionally be burying evidence to protect themselves against charges of earlier bungles?

The obvious "yes" to the above rhetorical questions will not be forthcoming until the general public demands it. The cynic in me tells me the alphabet agencies rely on public disinterest.

Another version of that question might be:

Does the fact that the FBI still has the hotel register from the period prior to the OKC bombing indicate that they are (a) incompetent (we lost it...) or (b) covering something up (we lost it...)?

Anyone want to take a poll on whether the answer is (a) or (b)?
