For the theologically serious minded, may I suggest Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum's book: Israelology: The Missing Link in Systematic Theology.
It looks in depth at both the replacement views and dispensationalism. It is a great and complete work on God's relationship with the Jewish people.
