see your point, but how is one going to prove one was drunk after losing his a$$, in order to get the money back?

Irrelevant as long as he can prove he was impaired. We are going to argue mechanics which is outside our realm.

That was my point Ap! How does one prove it? How does the casino know wether some is just bitter because he lost his a$$ or wethere this person has a legitimate claim to drunkeness where he was taken advantage of? Are casinos just supposed to hand back money to anyone who asks?
