Personally, I like the Beretta. The 92S is a reliable and easy to control pistol. They also make a version of the 92 that is intended as a concealed carry pistol. It is slightly smaller than the standard but is essentially the same gun.

I was intrigued by the Beretta 9000 last year when I bought my Glock 23. It felt good in the hand and is lightweight like the Glock. At that time there were very few holsters, etc available for it. The young lady at the gun show jokingly called it the 'Nike' gun, because it looks like it has a swoop on it.

Shoot them all, buy the one you will carry every day.

I toyed with a 9000 a little bit but didn't like the skinny grip on the slide. It was harder to chamber than the 92 and a little awkward for my hand. I did like the de-cocker placement (close in to the thumb and right next to the slide lock), but I'm not too adventurous with my pistol purchases ( budget constraints have a way of making a man selective, I like to think of it as "discriminating". It sounds better than "poor" :) so I'm sticking with the "mini-me" 92 (the "custom-carry")

I can't argue with the look though. Very cool. Although I'm a little uneasy about a pistol that encourages you to "Just do it" :)
