I think you guys are dreaming. I think FReepers are outraged, but judges, juries, and the prison system and parole idiots have no such outrage. Only understanding.

The typical person who does this sort of crime on an infant usually gets psychiatric treatment, a slap on the wrist, and probation.

If the infant dies, then, maybe, two to four, elible for probation in eighteen months.

At least the way things are now.

The American judicial system, in its infinite cowardice, devalues the victimhood of infants and children to the extent that you would get in more trouble for injuring a pet.

We shall see what a judge and jury does to this man. I do agree rapists and child molesters get off easy and often. But this crime,,well we will just have to see.
