What was said was that not being sleazy (as Clinton was) is one of Dubya's strong points. It's why people who had some differences with him on the issues voted for him anyway.

Dubya is NOT a sleaze like Clinton and we respect that.
We "de-sleazed" ourselves when Clinton left, because Bush is not a "sleaze"
